Refund and Return Policy – Toke Trips

1. Return Eligibility

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened consumables (e.g., flower, oils, edibles), unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:

  • Contact us at support@toketrips.shop within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We’ll investigate and offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund as appropriate.

3. Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, back to your original method of payment or as store credit.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked as final sale

  • Opened cannabis products unless faulty

  • Gift cards or promotional codes

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or shipped incorrectly.
